• Treasurer ~ member of the Finance committee, with general oversight and management of the financial records of the Meeting  🗎

• Recorder ~ maintains member records, and file copies of directories and newsletters  🗎

• Trustee ~ legal representative of the PMM Holding Corp  🗎

• Ministry & Care ~ responsible for the spiritual life and growth in the Meeting, and general oversight of the Meeting and the work of other committees.  🗎

• Clearness on Membership & Marriage ~ responsible for processing Membership requests, and Marriage requests under the care of the Meeting   🗎   (currently laid down)

• Committee Service and Nominations ~ responsible for the majority of annual nominations to service, and general reporting of committees structure and functioning  🗎

• Kitchen ~ responsible for the cleaning and functioning care of the kitchen, refreshments and potluck coordination  🗎

• House ~ responsible for the maintenance of the Meeting house and yard, security, supplies, access and use, and Caretaker supervision  🗎

• Finance ~ responsible for the stewardship, oversight, and management of the Meeting finances and all related activities  🗎

• Communications ~ coordination and support of online tools and services, and local infrastructure for all communications in the Meeting  🗎

• Peace and Social Concerns ~ responsible for consideration and coordination of activities expressing the Meeting concerns and responses to Civic and Social situations  🗎

• Religious Education ~ responsible for Meeting edification in Quaker history and practice, advices and queries, and coordination of First Day School and Adult Spiritual Development

• Migration Action ~ responsible to inform the Meeting on issues, and coordinating activities of civic response, and process requests for sanctuary and legal financial assistance  🗎

• Greeters ~ welcoming helpers at meetings for worship  🗎
